(1) This house is max for 9 persons (2 rooms with queen size bed, 2 rooms with single size bed, and extra 3 mattresses).
(2) This house is for residential purpose only. Guests are not allowed to use the house for any illegal unlawful or immoral purpose or to do anything which may become a nuisance or cause damage or inconvenience to the Landlord or NEIGHBOURS (Please be quiet after 10:00pm, or you may need to be responsible to neighbours’ complaints).
(3) Blessing House reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove house items and rates described in this Site at anytime and without prior notice or liability. Please check periodically for the changes.
(4) Without permission, guests are not allowed to move the furnitures and owner's belonging(s) which is(are) not in the lease.
(5) A receipt will be issued to the guest who has successfully completed their booking process.
(6) A deposit of RM500 MUST be paid together while booking. You can get the refund by whatsapp or email the inventory checking list that has been done upon check out. And it is fully refunded provided there is no lost/damage to the house.

(8) For those who are having catering or party, you are required to clean up the house and the compound, whoever found did not clean up, we will deduct the cleaning fees (RM150) from the deposit of RM500.
(9) Only genuine guest is welcome.
(10) Only full payment will be recognized as confirmed booking, therefore appointment of house viewing cannot be seen as prior booking of the date.
